Measuring Supply Chain Performance from ESG Perspective

Abstract This paper aims to show the relationship between environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors most common supply chain (SC) performance indicators within an organization. The main interest is identify challenges that organizations face when trying gain a competitive advantage over other by measuring efficiency effectiveness. Therefore, concepts terms used are clarified in first section, broader framework, note their relevance context of paper, but also them. In second scientific papers on this topic briefly presented, which served as foundation prompted us undertake our study contribute body knowledge little-addressed topic. third section research, we established qualitative design, composed data from secondary sources, were obtained through literature review analysed using comparative-deductive method. result propose simplified model for SC ESG perspective. conclusions, possible uses proposed, well future perspectives could improve measurement adding new indicators.
